1. CONSULTATION

Before any procedure, we require a one-on-one consultation with one of our providers. During this appointment, we encourage questions. We’re not in the business of talking you into anything - we’re here to serve you. It’s during this consultation where we examine your skin, discuss your skin goals and review your medical history.

2. PERSONLIZED PLAN

By collaborating with you, we can create a customized treatment plan that caters to your specific needs. Our approach allows you to take full ownership of your plan while we partner with you every step of the way to help you achieve the skin you've always dreamed of.

Your treatment plan is tailored to you, and you have a say in what this new relationship will look like. 

3. PROCEDURE TIME

Our skilled providers prioritize the safety and comfort of our patients during every procedure. Rest assured that our team will do everything in our power to ensure your experience is both pleasant and successful.

During your appointments you get to choose your vibe; whether it be selecting a certain Spotify playlist, opting for a quiet/minimal talking appointment, or (quite literally) holding our hands to make you more at ease.

4. AFTER CARE & MAINTENANCE

We don’t believe in “one and done” treatments. Everything we offer is a commitment for both our patient and providers. This means continually checking in on your progress and being available for any questions or concerns you may have. 

Cancellation Policy

Because we are dialed into your individual treatment plan, it is important that we be mindful of everyone’s time. We understand life happens and that you may need to cancel. We ask that you give us 48 hours of notice. If you must cancel with less than a 48 hour notice, we will charge a $75 service fee. However, this fee can be applied to a future visit.
